Job Description
This position is responsible for several critical product development and management processes that support the effective operation, marketing and clinical strength of key specialty cost management programs. These programs will focus on CVS Health client plan design approaches that support stronger cost management of specialty drug utilization. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with medical affairs, operations, marketing, sales & account services and other groups to ensure we have a highly effective and clinically appropriate program that meets both CVS Health and client needs. This will require the appropriate application of several skill sets: clinical, financial/analytic, communication, creativity and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects. It will also require a good understanding of how client plan design benefits are built and maintained.

As a Specialty Product Management Senior Advisor, success will go beyond the products themselves as this role must also collaborate with multiple key stakeholders, build and maintain strong long-term relationships and continuously learn about the business. It is common for the Specialty Product Management Sr. Advisor to work with Operational, Technical, Clinical, Analytics, Sales and many other teams. In the end, you must ensure that new specialty plan design programs are launched on-time; that they are updated and evolved to keep-up if not lead the industry; delivering both clinical and financial results expected by our clients; and support the overall objectives of CVS Health.

This role has the opportunity to work in a CVS corporate hub office or remotely.

Required Qualifications
*5+ years experience product development in Pharmacy and utilization management.

Preferred Qualifications
*Proven track record in working within a matrix organization to ensure work deliverables are still completed on time. *Adequate examples of strong written (e.g., slide creation, report development) and spoken communication skills. *Experience in client facing roles either independently or in support of the sales organization.

Education
*Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
*PharmD strongly preferred.
