The Retail business unit supports our company’s purpose by ensuring we have products and services that our customers and patients need and deliver them with a high quality service model.

As a Region Director, you will be responsible for leadership of a highly complex market in Hawaii. The position reports directly to the Division Vice President. As Region Director, you will be responsible to develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of retail stores while also delivering against enterprise priorities and goals. You are relied upon to collaborate with leaders in Store Operations, Logistics, Real Estate, Merchandising and Human Resources to deliver sales, margin, and service results that position our company for success.

Required Qualifications
Must have the ability to relocate to the market
* 5+ years multi-unit retail management experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead a group of geographically dispersed business locations and direct reports
* Ability to accommodate business travel, including overnight travel, as need

* Successful leadership in a matrixed multi-unit environment with both union and non-union locations. Relevant sectors include retail, healthcare, Consumer Product Groups, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
* Ability to understand and break down complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time.
* Record of actively taking on issues in a significant manner, while keeping broader organizational dynamics in mind.
* Demonstrated abilities to perform in a rapidly changing environment, adapt to changing dynamics, and find solutions that satisfy multiple ‘customers’ of the business.
* Track record of building high performing teams and developing key talent. Demonstrated real passion for bringing new leaders along and helping them to realize their ability to impact the business.
* Collaborate effectively across different business functions, perspectives, and styles of leadership

Education
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree will be considered
