In Omnicare, we support our company’s purpose by delivering practical and innovative solutions to address the needs of continued care communities This critically important role is responsible for management of a team of Field Nurses dedicated to the delivery of clinical services and education to our clients. This role will report to a Senior Director, Field Nursing LTC of Omnicare Account Management and will manage activities that further develop client relationships, aid in retention and expansion of existing business, and help to ensure execution of contract covenants.

Required Qualifications
The District Manager, Field Nurses LTC will have strong clinical knowledge and proven client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following professional qualifications:

* Demonstrated track record of success in leadership of a clinical team
* Demonstrated client relations skills that deliver impactful, innovative solutions real time
* Proven success utilizing project and time management skills; ability to strategically and creatively solve problems when dealing with a multitude of variables
* Track record of proactively tackling issues in a decisive manner, while keeping broader organizational dynamics in mind
* Track record of performing under pressure and adapting to changing dynamics
* Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable in a fair, supportive, and equitable manner
* Ability to travel regularly, up to 50%
* Multi-facility long term care clinical experience or Director/Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
5 years clinical management experience (example, Director of Nursing); prior experience managing remote colleagues

Education
Graduate of an accredited school for registered nursing with current licensure required; License must be in good standing.
