Job Description
Client Operations Medicare D Consultant supporting multiple EGWP clients and Internal Audit monitoring. Manages Customer Care SFDC (SalesForce) cases
Case Types:
* Account Research
* Audit
* Call Pull
* CIF Build & Audits
* CIF Updates
* CIF Copy (Request a copy of most current CIF)
* Client Notification (Desk drop request to send client specific information to Care for urgent issues.)
* Coaching
* CMS Audit
* PeopleSafe HPC (high priority comment) adds, maintenance
Leads Client Infusion Training
Supports Client Site Visits (Bulletin Boards, Participation, etc.)
Prepare for and Facilitate Calibration Meetings
Assists with Special Projects
Interface with Customer Care Operations (SME support, escalation assistance)
Provides Onsite Coverage (Walk the Floor, Report Escalated Issues) During Welcome Season
Mail Order Inquiries & Resolution
Partners with Internal Audit, Care Ops, Vendor Partners, Training and other strategic partners to provide audit finding follow up in a timely manner. Review, monitor and make recommendations to improve overall compliance.

Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot issues in a data-driven environment; desire to work with data/systems * Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented to meet client deadlines; experience creating new processes/procedures a plus * Team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done is essential as well as the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of people in a cross-functional environment * Independent, reliable, flexible when necessary, and known for a sense of initiative * Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on-time and can quickly identify and escalate issues in a constructive manner to the appropriate resource * Proficiency in standard MS Office software products, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent resolution abilities and problem solving skills; Excellent oral presentation and listening skills; Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Skillful in the use of Microsoft Office software programs.
* Identify potential impacts utilizing client and operational knowledge of what is needed for accurate resolution of and implementation requirements in the downstream process.
* Superior organizational skills required; Ability to multi-task and work with multiple internal and external partners.
* Strong ability to balance multiple and often competing priorities.
* Med D Business knowledge and expertise preferred.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements for multiple business areas.
Experience in Salesforce and SharePoint preferred.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
